    Carousel machines

The carousel machines at Pentas are designed for high efficiency and flexibility. These machines are equipped with three or four stations that cyclically guide the moulds through the processes of loading/unloading, heating, and cooling. We produce 24 hours a day in three shifts from Monday to Saturday morning, which results in a significant increase in our production capacity and allows us to respond quickly to customer demand. Additionally, these machines offer excellent control over the wall thickness and quality of the products, essential for meeting strict industry standards.

    Rock and Roll machine

In addition to the carousels, we also have a Rock and Roll machine, known for its ability to efficiently produce large and long hollow products. This machine is particularly suitable for producing large fenders for agricultural machinery, where uniform wall thickness and strength along the length of the product are crucial. By combining rotational and rocking movements, this machine ensures an even distribution of the plastic material.

The use of these machines ensures that we produce a wide range of rotational moulded products, ranging from small household items to large industrial components.
