First, observe how people work.
"In 1991, we moved to this location, initially still partially under the banner of Nijverdal Ten Cate, and I joined. Later, in 1994, Pentas became independent. At that time, I handled payroll administration and all related tasks. In 1997, quality assurance was added. That suits me well because my motto is: 'If you do something, do it well.' Within the company, I conduct almost all job interviews. It's an advantage that we collaborate with temp agencies. This way, we can first see how people work and if they fit into our team. Pentas is a family business, and I find it important to keep that in mind. There are more than 85 families that rely on us for their livelihood."
Many people with long-term employment.
"The strength of Pentas is that we do it together. We assist customers from the design of the desired molds. I believe this fosters a bond that ensures customers stay with us longer. The same applies to the staff. We are a social company. If there are problems, of any kind, we work together to find the solution. We take good care of each other. People appreciate that because at Pentas, many employees have long-term tenure. Recently, more and more people are retiring. And even with former employees, we maintain a warm connection."
